What we offer

We set up presentation websites, email addresses and digital QR guest guides for serviced apartments. The packages and prices on the site are there to help you choose. They are not a binding offer.

Requests and contracts

• A request sent through the form or on WhatsApp is not an order. We reply with an offer.
• Work starts once we have both signed a written contract and the payment it sets out has been made.
• The contract sets out exactly what you get, the price, the deadlines, the rounds of changes and what happens after the included hosting period. If anything in the contract differs from the site, the contract applies.

What you send us

• You are responsible for the photos, texts and details you give us, including the property’s classification and licensing details. You confirm they are accurate and that you have the right to use them.
• We don’t give legal, tax or classification advice. For your obligations as a host, check with the relevant authorities or a specialist.

Demos

The demos on the site are presentation examples. The prices, availability and contact details in them are illustrative. They are not accommodation offers.

Intellectual property

The text, design, code and images of bettervisit.ro belong to Chillital Production SRL or are used under licence. Don’t copy or republish them without our written permission. Rights to a website delivered to a client are set out in the contract.

Liability

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we can’t guarantee it will run without interruptions or errors. We are not responsible for external sites our links lead to, such as WhatsApp, Booking.com or Airbnb.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law. We try to resolve any disagreement directly at marketing@chillital.com. If we can’t, disputes go to the competent courts in Romania.

If you are a consumer, you can also contact the Romanian consumer protection authority (anpc.ro) or use alternative dispute resolution (SAL).

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one on this page, with the date at the top.
