Who we are
The bettervisit.ro website is run by Chillital Production SRL, registered at Strada Dealul Țugulea 77, Office 2, 1st floor, District 6, Bucharest 060865, Romania, company number (CUI) 42833901, VAT number RO42833901. We are the controller of your personal data.

What we collect and why
When you send us a request through the form
The contact form asks for your name and phone number, and optionally your email address, a link to your listing and a message, plus the package and number of properties you are interested in.
- Why: to reply to you and prepare an offer.
- Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Where it goes: the form opens WhatsApp with your message filled in. Anything you send on WhatsApp is also processed by WhatsApp (Meta) under their own policy. A copy of the request is emailed to us through Cloudflare, so it isn’t lost if you never press “Send” in WhatsApp.
Visitor statistics (Google Analytics)
Only if you press Accept in the cookie window, we use Google Analytics 4 to see how many people visit, which pages they read, what kind of device they use, their approximate city or country and how they found us.
- Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Article 4 of Romanian Law 506/2004).
- Who processes it: Google Ireland Limited. Data may be transferred to the United States, where Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
- How long: at most 14 months.
- We don’t use Google Analytics for advertising and we don’t link it to your name.
If you press Decline, Google Analytics is not loaded at all.
Hosting and security
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes your IP address and technical details of each request to deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

If you withdraw consent, we delete the Google Analytics cookies and stop loading the script.
How long we keep data
- Form requests: at most 2 years after our last contact, if you don’t become a client.
- If you become a client: for the length of the contract, then as long as tax and accounting law requires.
- Google Analytics statistics: at most 14 months.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict its processing and to receive it in a portable format. You can object to processing and withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting what was done before.
Email us at marketing@chillital.com and we will reply within one month. If you think we haven’t respected your rights, you can complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
Changes
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top. For significant changes, we ask for your consent again where needed.
